Official drawing rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor. Investigate Health Publishing LLC, Downingtown, PA, which operates PathwayBio and Ethia.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. How to enter. Before the drawing date, do both of these with the same email address: (a) join the patient waitlist at pathwaybio.health/for-patients, and (b) create a free Ethia account at ethia.io and confirm your email address. One entry per person. Entries from throwaway email services are not eligible. Several entries that appear to come from one person, for example from the same device, network or payment account, count as one entry.

4. Drawing. The drawing will be held on or about November 14, 2026. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. The random selection is recorded.

5. Prize. One (1) $100 prize, paid as the winner's choice of a $100 Amazon gift card or $100 cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

6. Winner notification. The winner is notified by email at the address used to enter and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. Before the prize is paid, the winner must confirm their identity and that they are eligible. If the prize is not claimed, another winner is drawn. The winner's identity is not published without their consent.

7. Privacy. Your email is used to run the drawing and to tell you when paid research opens. It is not shared with research teams. See our Privacy Policy.

8. General. Entering the drawing does not enroll you in any research and is not payment for taking part in research. This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any medical practice, facility or clinician. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
